Welcome to the setup portal for your new hardware device. Follow the steps below to initialize your system securely.

Always verify the URL. Ensure you are on the manufacturer's official domain before downloading software. Never enter sensitive recovery phrases into a web browser.

1. Inspect Your Device

Before you begin the digital setup, inspect the physical integrity of the package. Security seals should be intact and there should be no sign of tampering.

  • Check for the holographic seal.
  • Ensure the USB port is clean.
  • Verify contents against the list.

2. Connect to Computer

Use the provided USB cable to connect the device to your computer. The device screen should light up and display the welcome logo.

If the device does not power on, try a different USB port or cable. Do not use public charging stations for setup.

3. Install Bridge Software

Download the companion application compatible with your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux). This software acts as a bridge between your device and the blockchain network.

Follow the on-screen prompts to update the firmware to the latest version. This ensures you have the latest security patches.

4. Create Your Backup

This is the most critical step. Your device will generate a sequence of words. This is your master key.

  • Write the words down on the provided physical card.
  • Never take a photo of these words.
  • Never type these words into a computer.
  • Store the card in a fireproof, secure location.
